Neville lewis
Founder and CEO of Body Heart and Mind
Neville has a track record of designing, developing and implementing highly effective exercise programs.
Neville and his team aim to assist clients with their goals and to, significantly enhancing their quality of life through specialise coaching in exercise techniques.
He has worked for many years in the fitness industry. He became a British Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (BACPR) and GP Exercise Referral Instructor between 2007-2013, setting up and organising the running of their Cardiovascular Health and Rehabilitation programmes.

In addition to his work with “Body Health and Mind” he also works at The Hatter Cardiovascular Institute UCLH NHS Trust where he is responsible with the cardiovascular health physiotherapist and nurses for the assessment, activity advice and exercise prescription needs of all patients e.g. following myocardial infarction, percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary artery bypass graft, heart failure, implanted cardio-defibrillator, peripheral vascular disease, TIA and diabetes.
He is also involved in the assessing and risk stratifying patients’ suitability to attend the self-management lifestyle behaviour programme.
Neville has vast experience working with older adults and/or patients who have health and fitness goals or would like to improve activities of daily living. He has a passion for this and ensures he selects trainers with the same attitude to help other achieve their goal with fun and enjoyment.
Becky O'Gorman
Clinical Exercise Specialist

Becky has worked for 11 years in the fitness industry starting at the Central YMCA where she still currently spends half her working time. She has worked within the community programmed delivering on GP exercise referral both group based and one to one. Also working closely with the Older Adult programme and delivers regular classes focusing on functional and cardiovascular exercise. Becky works as a coordinator of an exercise referral programme specifically for people living with HIV

Becky is a qualified Level 4 instructor in Cardiac Rehabilitation and works at The Hatter Cardiovascular Institute UCLH NHS Trust. She is responsible with the cardiovascular health physiotherapist and nurses for the assessment, activity advice and exercise prescription needs of all cardio-vascular patients e.g. following myocardial infarction, percutaneous coronary intervention, coronary artery bypass graft, heart failure, implanted cardio defibrillator, peripheral vascular disease, TIA and diabetes.

Becky has recently delivered a pilot exercise programme for Prostate cancer patients in association with the Oncology services at Macmillian UCLH. The patients are now ongoing regular participants with Becky at a community based class.

She also has multiple professional certifications to include: Level 4 Exercise Instructor in Cancer Rehabilitation, Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation Instructor, GP Exercise on Referral, Advanced Gym Instructor. Aqua Instructor. Exercise to Music Instructor.
Emilia Ware
Clinical Exercise Specialist

Emilia came to the UK in 1998 and has been working in the fitness industry for nearly 14 years. She qualified with YMCA UK, the British Association for Cardiac Rehabilitation and PREMIER Training International.
As a Level 4 (advanced) Personal Trainer, registered with REPS UK (Register of Exercise Professionals, R 0046750) she is able to train cardiac patients with special focus on hypertension and hyperlipidemia and those recovering from a heart surgery, myocardial infarction or stroke. She also implements programs to assist patients with obesity, diabetes, mental health, arthritis, osteoporosis and asthma.
As an advanced personal trainer Emilia can train those recovering from spinal surgery, hip and knee operations and joint replacements during or after physiotherapy and any sports related injuries. This will help to develop the weakened area and prevent further injury together with postural programs to reduce the back pain.
She also works with older adults helping to improve their balance and maintain their strength to help with activities of daily living.
Augusto Pardo-Perez

Augusto is a highly qualified fitness professional with and extensive experience in working with a range of clients.
​
Augusto been working in the fitness industry for the past 17 years; during this time Augusto has taken different qualifications to work with cardiac patients, frail adults and others with specific medical conditions.
​
Augusto is passionate about helping individuals achieve their fitness and health goals.
Augusto lives in South East London with his partner; enjoys gardening, film, theatre, photography, the outdoors and travelling.

Friedrich C. Jassil
BHSc (Dietetics), MSc (Nutrition)

Friedrich has over nine years’ experience as a clinical dietitian, providing nutritional therapy for a broad range of medical conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome and obesity.
He is a UK registered dietitian (DT29163) and also a member of the British Dietetic Association.
​
Friedrich is passionate about health, nutrition and fitness.
His approach in delivering nutritional therapy is evidence-based, by applying the latest findings in scientific research on food and nutrition into his clinical practice.
Friedrich earned his master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition
three years ago from University College London (UCL)
and he is currently pursuing his PhD at the Centre for Obesity Research, UCL.
He obtained his personal trainer certification (T171789) from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and registered since 2013.
